We are looking for an office professional to join our team. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting office staff with all general office & clerical functions such as: typing, coding accounts, entering accounts receivable data, verifies data to ensure reliability and accuracy of financial information.
- Excellent computer, typing and 10 key calculator skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately.
- Answering phone for office and directing calls to the correct recipient.
- Support Accounting Team as needed
- Handle customer refund line and generate refunds to customers
- Operate mailing equipment
- Support Cash Vault services as needed
- Prepare excel spreadsheets tracking coin room activities
- Additional tasks as assigned by manager
