About This Role
Every position at Common Citizen from seed to sale, is contributing to our mission to serve our fellow citizens of Michigan with the highest quality, safest cannabis product through our highly individualized and education-oriented provisioning centers. The Guest Receptionist will be the face of Common Citizen. They will check patients and customers in and provide a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Ensure store is properly organized and stocked during all hours of business

Strong communication for in-person or phone conversations

Schedule/confirm appointments

Promote a positive work environment, customer service oriented and follow policies and procedures

Maintain product knowledge of the industry

Greet customers when entering shop
-
Entering and updating patient and customer information accurately with point of sales system

Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and identification

Experience in cash handling

Must have flexibility for shift times (weekends, days, night shifts)

This is a dynamic team, and as such daily tasks may vary, resulting in a fast paced and lively work environment.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to stand/walk for entire shift.

- Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
