We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and creating a positive learning environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Promote positive behavior and classroom management techniques
- Encourage creativity, exploration, and critical thinking skills
- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Infant/Toddler CDA is a must or willingness to obtain is a must
