Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility to new heights. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving business growth and success.
Duties:
- Develop and implement the facility's strategic plan in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to all departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the financial health of the facility.
- Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Manage day-to-day operations and make high-level decisions in support of the company's objectives.
- Supervise senior leadership team members, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational objectives.

Work Environment
This job operates in a post-acute setting. This role requires regular walking to various locations around the facility. This role also routinely comes into contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 20 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position in a post-acute setting that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Weekend and holiday shifts will be required
