Halcyon Dive Systems, a pioneering force in the scuba diving technology and equipment industry, invites applications for the role of Marketing Manager. This position helps coordinate design and branding efforts, ensuring a consistent and compelling visual and brand identity across all platforms.

Reporting to: Global Brand Manager
As the Creative Content and Social Media Manager, you will be a part of the marketing team, supporting Halcyon's brand identity and customer communication. You will collaborate with partners and leadership to drive brand strategy, create innovative content, and oversee effective digital marketing campaigns. This position requires creativity, technical expertise in social media, and project management skills directed toward enhancing market presence and fostering lasting connections with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Implementation: Partner with the Global Brand Manager to refine and implement the strategic, creative vision across all marketing channels and materials.
- Social Media Management: Host and moderate social media channels, plan and create multi-media content, templates, reels, and stories.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Design, manage, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to boost brand visibility.
- Email Marketing: Collaborate to devise and execute impactful email marketing campaigns and newsletters that resonate with our audience while staying true to our brand’s voice.
- Community Engagement: Work with community divers, testers, and brand ambassadors on content creation and the execution of sponsorship agreements.
- Content Marketing: Develop and update training materials, manuals, catalogs, instructions, and active website content.
- Moderate and manage the Halcyon Community app traffic and communication (future project).
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field or with commensurate experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in content creation, graphic design collaboration, brand development, and managing creative projects.
- Creative Proficiency: Exceptional skills in creative content generation, including copywriting and media production.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creative storytelling.
- Industry Acumen: Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in graphic design, web design, video production, and social media.
