Robert Half is looking to hire an Administrative Coordinator for a Construction Company. The Administrative Coordinator will be working onsite M-F. The Administrative Coordinator needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to multitask and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented properly
- Use Microsoft Office Suite and construction software for administrative tasks
- Liaise with project team and architects on project details and updates
- Manage and respond to a high volume of emails, ensuring follow-up tasks are completed
- Support managers by handling subcontracts
- Provide various administrative support as needed
- Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for daily tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service and data entry tasks
- Handle construction documents and perform basic office skills.
- The candidate should have at least two years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook is mandatory.
- The candidate must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Data entry skills are essential for this role.
- Knowledge of construction documents will be considered a plus.
- Basic office skills such as filing, scheduling, and answering phones are required.
- The candidate must be able to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively is necessary.
- The candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure are important.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling confidential information and understanding the importance of data privacy is required.
- The candidate should be able to adapt to new software and technologies quickly.
