SALARY RANGE
$16.00-$18.00 Hourly
POSITION LOCATION
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Currently 5 days of on-site work per month are required.
POSITION PURPOSE
The Technical Operations Support Analyst Intern will work independently and with a team to support the company’s Technical Operations Support team. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end conversion process of surveys from Word and Excel into Microsoft Forms. This may involve drafting procedures providing effective written and oral communication and training with project related action items. This position will also assist the Technical Services department with laptop clean-up and deployment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the end-to-end survey conversion process for identified department objectives.

Meet with internal stakeholders to draft roles and responsibilities.

Develop documentation and training for initial stakeholders.

Deploy and assist the Technical Services department in laptop deployment.

Ensure that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.

Complete special projects and all other duties as required or assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High school graduate or equivalent.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, or a related field.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Summer internship with a Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule with a one-hour unpaid lunch.

Hybrid environment with opportunity to work primarily remote with 5 days scheduled in office per month.
