UTA seeks a Brand Incubation Manager to join UTA's Ventures team. You will play a key role in identifying, developing, and launching new brands within UTA’s portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, execute, and scale innovative brand concepts that resonate with target consumers and drive business growth.
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
Ideation and Concept Development:

Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new brand concepts based on market insights, consumer trends, and business objectives. Develop detailed brand concepts, including positioning, value proposition, target audience, and product offerings.
Talent Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance, support, and strategic advice to help them achieve their career goals.

Negotiate contracts, endorsement deals, and other business agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Advocate for clients' interests and protect their brand integrity in all professional engagements.
Market Research and Validation:

Conduct comprehensive market research to assess the competitive landscape, consumer preferences, and market gaps.

Validate brand concepts through consumer surveys, focus groups, and market testing to ensure alignment with target market needs and preferences.
Brand Strategy and Planning:

Develop strategic brand plans, including marketing strategies, product development roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to define brand positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Brand Development and Execution:

Oversee the development of brand identity elements, including brand name, logo, packaging design, and visual assets.

Manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, supply chain, and sales, to coordinate brand initiatives and ensure seamless execution.

Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies, vendors, and industry experts, to support brand development and marketing activities.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand initiatives and track performance against business objectives.

Analyze market data, consumer feedback, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
What You Will Need
-
3+ years of experience in brand development, startup incubation, or entrepreneurship
-
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
-
MBA preferred, with a focus on entrepreneurship, marketing, or strategy
-
Strong knowledge of the startup ecosystem and trends and a proven track record of successfully managing and supporting startups

Experience in conducting market research and analysis

Proficient in financial modeling and analysis

Ability to build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and stakeholders

Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to startups and venture capital

Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to startup founders
