Summary: 
This role is responsible for assisting in managing all aspects of Human Resources defined by the organization including executing the recruiting, events/training, employment benefits, insurance, and records. Lead the HR Dashboard, & ensure all items are up-to-date and accurate.
Key Results Area #1 – Human Resources
On-Boarding & Off-Boarding
Performed to 100% completion for each new hire within 2 work weeks from hire date in Smartsheet
Manage and issue uniforms, technology and other employee needs to team members / Receive back for offboarding
Quarterly Review & Check-in Coordination Management
Quarterly reviews and check-ins set up two weeks prior to them being performed. Ensure these occur.
Insurance & Benefits
Be the co-lead on ensuring open enrollment goes smoothly and everyone is accounted for
Process unemployment claims. 
Recruiting
Assist with all aspects of recruiting to include job postings, screening calls, & events. Manage recruiting supplies. 
Conduct interviews and manage the scheduling and organizing of interviews.
Ensure recruiting numbers are updated daily and 1-3 calls are made per day for new recruits.
Key Results Area #3 – Records Management
All records are being maintained, organized and audited in their proper folders in a timely manner - Paycom and once a month on server
Performing audits on a weekly / monthly basis
Lead the HR Dashboard development and maintenance.
Manage/schedule drug testing, W2s, and the Coppera Calendar on Outlook with needed dates/celebrations.
Key Results Area #4 – Events / Trainings / Marketing
Assist in communicating, scheduling, planning and executing all events for the organization
Ensure all current quality marketing materials are used at events
Provide marketing for the organization as needed – Photography at events and social media posts, etc. w/CCO
Assist in maintain company website with current accurate information though our website provider w/CCO

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
