We are hiring for a full-time (production) kitchen staff position. Food service or production experience preferred. Hours needed are from 6am-3pm Monday to Friday. A two hour mini evening shift (5-7pm) is also required of new kitchen staff hires 2-3 times per week. Total hours offered would average 40 per week. Mother Culture has no problem paying overtime. You earned it!
Job duties include:
- Packaging various types of yogurt and dairy products by hand into containers.
- Shared kitchen cleaning & dishwashing duties.
- Filling the pasteurizer for processing and chilling the finished product at the end of the day. This task requires applicant to be able to lift 40-50lbs.
- Straining and collecting dry yogurt curd into Cambros.
- Early morning (6am) start time.
