Well established Home Improvement Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AFTER Sales Support Representative to join our team. As an AFTER Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team in completing and detailing their Sale so that the customer recieves the ultimate experience and fully understands the product and its installation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and business development.
Duties:.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally clarifying exactly the customer's expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
- Strong technical sales or technology sales background is preferred in Home improvement Products
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required
