```Duties``` - Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans - Implement treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques and modalities - Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary - Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records ```Experience``` - Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Physical Therapist - Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred - Specialization in pediatrics or specific areas such as trigger point therapy is a plus Skills: - Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology - Proficiency in medical terminology related to physical therapy - Ability to assess and diagnose patients' conditions accurately - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction - Strong problem-solving skills to develop appropriate treatment plans Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
