Electronic Service Representative
There is an immediate opening in the Electronic Services Department for a Call Center Representative. The ideal candidate will need to possess excellent credit union knowledge, ability to communicate effectively with members and co-workers, strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills, proficiency with technology across multiple platforms, ability to learn quickly, strong clerical skills, knowledge of Micro-Soft Office and Excel and capability to work at a fast pace.
Duties include answering inbound calls primarily pertaining to debit cards, basic financial transactions, responding to Chat and email, and other various tasks to support the department. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping people and have great communication skills.
Schedule:
The hours are 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. If you work a Saturday, you will receive a day off during the week. Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule.
