Periodontal Dental Practice is excited to welcome a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator. This position is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact in a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of engaging and creative content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Contribute to the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts on a daily basis, monitoring engagement, and staying abreast of social media trends.
Assist in tracking and analyzing key marketing metrics and performance indicators to provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Provide support in coordinating and executing company events, educational seminars, and promotional activities, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for participants.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals, participating in brainstorming sessions and project meetings.
To support marketing strategy development, contribute to market research efforts by gathering data on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
Daily:
Ensure at least one post is made on Instagram and Facebook daily, featuring clinical cases, doctors' photos, reels, and microsurgery content. Share stories reviewing surgical procedures, post-op cases, the clinical team, and the doctor in action. Include pre and post-surgery photos with detailed descriptions. Responsively reply to all messages from referring doctors and patients. Engage with referrals on their accounts by liking, commenting, and engaging with their posts. Add any new dental offices that we wish to collaborate with.
Weekly:
Create and get approval for the week's schedule every Monday, including content planning for days when the doctor is not in the office. Send a weekly educational email about a new technique or technology or showcasing a treated case and its outcomes. Give a shout-out to a referring doctor via a tagged story or post. Edit two microsurgery cases on iMovie for posting (2-minute weekly videos). Plan a reel for the doctor, including content ideas.
Monthly:
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) that we are measuring. Ensure we are running ads on Facebook and Instagram. Create templates on Canva for marketing content on our pages, subject to approval from the business operations manager and the doctor. Aim for a minimum monthly growth of 100 followers on Instagram.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or interested in pursuing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to marketing initiatives.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Creative thinker who is passionate about marketing and staying updated on industry trends.
