The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, fully-licensed therapist to join our passionate team in pursuing this meaningful mission. This is not a "starter job" – we are looking for professionals ready to make Colorado Counseling Center their long-term home. In this full-time role, you will:
- Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy
- Maintain timely documentation and collaborate with colleagues
- Work 4-5 days/week including 3 evenings (5pm-8pm)
- Build toward a caseload of 20+ weekly client sessions
- See clients primarily in-person at our beautiful DTC/Greenwood Village offices
What You'll Need
- Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, MFT, psychology, or social work
- Current Colorado license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist)
- Minimum 3-5 years of full-time clinical experience as a therapist
- A seasoned perspective and demonstrated maturity honed through life experience
- Training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
- Exceptional communication and rapport-building abilities
- Dedication to ethical, compassionate, attachment-oriented, evidence-based care
- Professionalism, resilience, and personal accountability
- Demonstrated skill in positive treatment outcomes and client retention
