OVERVIEW:
Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US,seeks an accomplished “Remote Bilingual Customer Care Representative – Open to applicants in AZ, CA, TX.”
** TITLE: Remote Bilingual Customer Care Representative – Open to applicants in AZ, CA, TX.
** LOCATION: Fully Remote (Must reside in one of these states – AZ, CA, TX).
** DURATION: 6 Months
** WORK SCHEDULE: Must be available Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM PST and willing to work evenings.
** EQUIPMENT: BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for work: Laptop with Windows 10 / 11 OS...OR ...MacBook with Mac OS 10.14 or higher. Chromebooks / Tablets NOT allowed.
** TRAINING: 2-3 Weeks
** START DATE: Monday, July 15th, 2024.
** PAY RATE: $16.50/hr.
** IMPORTANT:
- BILINGUAL FLUENCY IN ENGLISH & ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: Laotian/Lao, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong, Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- A state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating with customers through various channels. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree is preferred
- Call Center / Customer service experience.
- Bilingual: English and on o the following: Laotian/Lao, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong.
