Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the local market, analyze customer potential, and determine target accounts.
- 5+ years of experience in the industry of construction and transportation.
- Generate new business to business sales revenue by prospecting and adding new clients.
- Visit clients to understand their sales needs, provide real, practical solutions and deliver exceptional support.
- Learn client’s needs and expectations by asking questions to make recommendations to the clients.
- Negotiate price and structure by using company provided guidelines and technology/CRM.
- Actively generate and manage leads through utilizing a CRM system to manage projects and opportunities, contact information, forecasting reports, etc.
- Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
- Present proposals for Craft Labor Services to obtain long-term contracts.
- Project management duties within the branch, including coordinating with management and team.
- Represent Terra Labor Consulting Group to potential new and existing customers.
- Meet the established sales quota.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as management, marketing, or business administration
- 5 years of experience in sales in an executive-level position such as a Sales Manager
- Ability to prepare reports and use the appropriate mode of communication.
- Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
