Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise club staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement club policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Monitor club activities to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate and organize club events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of necessary supplies
- Perform administrative tasks such as record keeping, report generation, and financial management
- Manage club social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Website, etc.) and post corporate and club content on a daily basis
Skills:
- High motivated, energetic, and sales driven/marketing personality
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure efficient operations
- Proficient in math for handling financial transactions and budgeting
- Exceptional phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and staff
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions for business growth
