ASHLEY is looking for motivated customer service representatives to join our Customer Care Department. Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Respond to email communications
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Requirements:
- Good telephone communication skills and customer interface ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer issues, work as a team player and defuse difficult situations. PC skills (Windows) and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to take initiative and accountability in obtaining general knowledge of billing systems and order entry.
- Must be able to multi-task, access and update customer records while simultaneously interacting with the customer while on the phone.
- Must be able to work flexible hours on a rotating schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Overtime may be available, based on business needs.

Qualifications/Skills:
- 1+ year(s) direct customer service experience
- Flexibility concerning job functions and scheduling
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to use cognitive skills to determine resolutions to customer inquiries
- Excellent, written and verbal, communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team
- Excellent work ethic and integrity
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and extremely organized
- Ability to work individually with minimal supervision
