About the role: We are searching for an experienced sales agent with experience managing new home subdivision sales in an “inside sales” capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in coordinating all aspects of presenting homes to prospective buyers
- Establish rapport with prospective buyers to determine their immediate housing needs
- Obtain contact/follow-up information from prospective buyers visiting the community
- Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, deeds, contracts, purchase agreements
- Prepare necessary documents for leases and lease properties
- Promote sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services and advertisements
- Inspect condition of premises and organize for necessary maintenance or inform maintenance team of maintenance needs
- Open and close community sales offices and model homes
- Provide excellent customer service to real estate sales agents and prospective buyers
- Hosting weekly open houses and broker caravans
- Providing information to potential buyers of financing options
Candidate requirements:
- 3+ years of Experience as a Sales Agent
- Must have a valid California Real Estate License
- A high school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
- Previous experience in real estate sales
- Verbal and written communication
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Time-management and organization skills
- Ability to work with strict deadlines
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new concepts to grow and advance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
