Job Summary: Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. As the first point of contact, a Guest Service Agent ensures that all guests needs are met at check in, check out, and through the duration of their stay.
Responsibilities:

Welcome and register guests in an efficient and friendly manner

Handles all guest requests and interactions in a hospitable and professional manner

Assist with duties in the areas of Concierge, Front Services, Call Center, and Food & Beverage

Handles all incoming calls and is responsible for guest room reservations, room service orders, and booking restaurant reservations
Qualifications include:

Pervious Relevant Guest Services experience in a luxury hotel or similar industry

Polished, welcoming individual with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to multi-task and excel with competing tasks that are given with limited notice

This position requires scheduling flexibility to include working nights, weekend, and/or holidays
