The Project Team Engineer is part of the I.T.WORKS! Inc Project Team located in West Barnstable, MA with primary focus on achieving total client satisfaction through successful and timely execution of proactive projects and escalated reactive IT support service issues. Client interactions will be effective, professional, and meet or exceed expectations.

Project Team responsibilities include:
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
- Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and executing required activities in the field to successfully deliver outcomes.
- Performing quality control tasks on schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
- Cooperating and communicating with the operations manager and other project participants and collaborating to create more efficient project methods and to ensure continuous project success.
- Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications of I.T.WORKS! Inc.
Escalation Team responsibilities include:
- Participate in daily ticket updates and standing meetings.
- Review and evaluate assigned service tickets on the appropriate team boards using the documented processes.
- Resolve, reclassify, or send up all available or assigned tickets using the documented processes.
- Document all commitments, work performed and/or needed, and any communications in the appropriate electronic system using the documented processes.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with clients. Manage client’s expectations.
- Carefully inspect each device or application, and confirm that documentation, agents, patching, and location are all correct.
- Resolve assigned tickets and confirm fulfillment of client’s expectations.
- Identify patterns and issues in process and delivery.
- Resolve all issues assigned to the Escalation Team.
- Assist & train engineers when needed.
- Perform onsite visits to our clients in support of call resolution.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, (Bachelor’s Degree preferred), with 4+ years of experience in an IT environment
- Excellent written and oral communications.
- Type 40+ words per minute.

Compensation:
- Base Salary Range based upon background and experience ($95,000-$125,000)
- Incentive Compensation plan including benefits
