Key Responsibilities:

Inquiries: Answer questions about our services, pricing, and any other inquiries, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Data Entry: Accurately input customer details, appointment information, and other relevant data into our system.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback post-service, and relay any concerns or suggestions to the management team.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with carpet cleaning technicians and other team members to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer service.
Required Skills Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
