What if you got to see dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, and other exotic pets at work very day? If this sounds like your ideal work environment, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to provide excellent client service to our veterinary hospital and dog daycare clients. Candidates should have a background in reception and administrative support, ideally with at least one year of veterinary hospital experience.
The receptionist handles all administrative aspects of an animal's entry and exit from our facility involving computer record keeping, payment processing, vaccination and behavior tracking, and schedule keeping. Every aspect of a patient's care is managed within a database as we are a paperless practice, so computer skills are required. If you have great attention to detail, you'd be a great fit for this job!
Full-time receptionists enjoy a set schedule working mostly mornings and afternoons. Our part-time receptionist role works afternoons/evenings a few days a week. Both positions call for one Saturday morning per month. Both roles provide a range of benefits including discounted pet care.
Applicants must have reliable transportation. This is a long-term career position. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE. Our phones are very busy, which is why we're looking for you!
