Overview:
LG Property Management LLC is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at our property management office located in Hoboken, NJ. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, typing, and filing
- Assist with inquiries related to property management services
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Utilize computer systems for tasks such as email communication and document management
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Strong clerical skills
- Accurate data entry abilities
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to perform various administrative tasks effectively
