Richway Industries is a construction, agricultural, and industrial products manufacturer seeking someone to join our sales team. This position is primarily focused on business development for Richway’s construction and turf equipment products. You’ll be working to identify, qualify, and set up equipment dealers, as well as maintaining and cultivating existing customer relationships. This position requires the ability to develop and implement strategies for sales and business development growth. Understanding customers needs and working to ensure Richway will provide value to them is an important function. You’ll also be working with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
Richway is seeking someone who can carry out the following functions and has the following capabilities;
Essential Functions:
- Maintain existing customer relationships
- Seek out and develop new customer dealers
- Travel to trade shows, customer job sites, and OEM's
- Manage, plan, and prepare for trade shows
- Help create and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Be a technical resource to customers for products and product applications
Essential Capabilities
- Technical sales ability
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience selling construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or manufactured products
- Able to travel 20-30%, some of which will be short notice
