Dynamic, friendly Front Desk professional who likes people & has great customer service skills.
- Checking patients in for appointments, and scheduling upcoming appointments/testing.
- Gather patient demographics and insurance information, to enter into eCW.
- Timely telephone service, reflecting a friendly & professional patient-first manner.
- Explain policies, procedures and/or services using medical knowledge to patients.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance & adhere to records release policies.
- Coordinate communication between patients, family members, medical staff, administrative staff, and/or other parties.
- Coordinate with other functional areas of the clinic to provide a seamless experience for patients.
- Perform other duties as assigned, for a fun, collaborative Team environment.
Requirements:
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience, or 1-2 years of applicable EMR experience.
- Ability to work Full-Time, be punctual, and reliable.
- Courteous and professional manner with a patients-first mindset.
- Attention to detail & general working knowledge of general office tech.
- Independent troubleshooting skills while working within policies & procedures.
- Ability to exercises good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Smoking not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Reliable transportation, able to consistently work M-F from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
