The Document Procurement Specialist will possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills, demonstrate professionalism, be accountable, have the ability to prioritize tasks, and be able to multitask in a high-volume environment. They must be able to assist with the drafting, execution, recording, and imaging of assignments and lien releases while adhering to statutory and state compliance, regulatory compliance, and company guidelines. He or she will have a background in mortgage document processing and/or default processing, be detail-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and organized, have excellent communication skills, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
What you will do for TC&E:
- Utilize Qualia, MSP and LPS Desktop servicing platforms to obtain assignment or lien release orders, timely complete required tasks on loans, and provide accurate documents
- Draft assignments and lien releases according to state/jurisdictional guidelines
- Coordinate recording of assignments and lien releases
- Manage individual workload to ensure all deadlines and quality standards are met
- Work well in a team environment where each individual can rely on their peers to assist each other as needed in order to achieve goals for the greater good
- Ensure all loans are handled in accordance with Company policies and procedures, Investor guidelines and state laws
- Effectively provide feedback and solutions for process improvements to increase efficiencies and quality
- Respond to all correspondence, requests, and communications regarding assigned files in a timely and professional manner
- Review, prioritize, and provide a timely and accurate responses to tasks, intercoms, email, etc
- Analyze information and make an appropriate recommendation on actions
What you will bring to TC&E:
- High school diploma/GED required
- At least 2 years of experience with foreclosure or mortgage document processing
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and Excel
- Working knowledge of mortgage loan documents
