Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and oversee all facets of conferences, tradeshows, and internal marketing campaigns.
- Act as the main point of contact (POC) during events, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, booth setups, and vendor coordination for both internal and external events.
- Compile and manage contact information gathered from events into a centralized database.
- Develop and execute content for internal communications such as newsletters and meetings, and proficiently draft and distribute marketing materials.
- Assist marketing and design teams with diverse projects as required.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate event planning and B2B marketing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in planning and executing corporate events.
- Skilled in copywriting and editing for effective communication of marketing messages.
- Expertise in event planning, marketing activation, and production.
- Proven ability to successfully manage participation in tradeshows and conferences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
