- Lead and develop the ocean Fulfillment team, train and grow employees, improve the way the team works.
- Provide direction and clarity to the team to deliver our promise to customers, sail full ship on the most reliable network at lowest cost.
- Participate in projects
- Own and ensure that we deliver the product and promise we sold to our customers.
- Own utilisation and schedule reliability of a set of services constituting a trade.
- Optimize usage of space by optimizing booking, allocation adjustment, manage all cargo loading (rolling, re-routing) in conjunction with Market, including both laden and empty flow.
- Own vessel scheduling to meet reliability and delivery requirement, drive bunker consumption reduction, coordinate delivery.
- Lead vessel contingency/incident.
- Participates in and coordinates new deployments and optimization opportunities with Network and Market leads to underpin customer experience and network efficiency.
- Engage and communicate closely with a multitude of stakeholders inside the organization, as well as external stakeholders.
Critical Competencies
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry
- Proven leadership skills
- Able to work autonomously and take calculated and independent decisions under high-pressure scenarios
