**Job Overview:** We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a hotel or resort setting. **Duties:** - Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately - Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Assist with night audit procedures as needed **Experience:** - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or resort environment - Knowledge of front desk operations, hotel management software, and phone systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Experience in guest relations or guest services is beneficial
