We are seeking an Experienced Dental Laboratory Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with dental practices, and promoting our range of restorative dental products and services such as crowns, bridges, veneers, dental implant cases, full arch, all-on-four dentistry and more. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base by winning new business, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
- Identify and target potential clients, including dental offices, clinics, and other dental professionals.
- Call on dental practices using a combination of in-person, telephone, and email communication for all stages of the sales cycle including cold calling, follow up and closing new business.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our dental laboratory’s restorations and services.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.
- Monitor area market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using the company CRM and other sales tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000 - $120,000 target combination of base salary, commission and bonus.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the dental laboratory industry.
- In-depth knowledge of dental laboratory products, prosthetics, and services.
- Strong network of contacts within the dental industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Must have reliable and professional transportation for client visits.
