Dermatology Partners is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Front Desk Medical Receptionist. The ideal candidate must be able to travel to our other local clinics as needed and have medical office reception experience. We are looking for full-time working Monday-Friday. ***This is a Travel position. The home location would be in King of Prussia but would need to cover for the following locations: Bryn Mawr, Chadds Ford, Exton, Oaks, Plymouth Meeting, Roxborough, West Chester, and Drexel Hill. ***
Responsibilities include:
- Collect patient demographics
- Understand, obtain and document information from insurance companies
- Distribute forms and paperwork
- Schedule patient appointments
- Entry of data into our Electronic Health Record System
- Prepare and handle clerical office duties such as, office ordering, scanning, shredding, faxes
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, voicemails, and Emails
- Maintain the facility in a clean and organized manner
- Pre-register patients to ensure a smooth flow of patients throughout the day
- Collection of copays, outstanding balances, collections and daily reconciliation of funds collected
- Others duties as deemed necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Clean and presentable appearance
- Work well as a member of a team, and able to follow detailed instructions carefully
- Organized, punctual, and professional
- Ability to grow and learn new systems
- Fluency in computer systems and a variety of software packages
The successful candidate will be able to work with a diverse pool of staff and professionals, across several locations and departments.
