Pay: $21.44 / Hour
Your Role:
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for measuring quality performance with metrics & trend analysis, and publishing regular reports internally. You will be involved in the entire course of manufacturing, from incoming raw materials to packaged goods, and will ultimately be responsible for inspecting the manufacturing processes to ensure that our finished products comply with quality standards.
You will have the opportunity to:
-
Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
-
Support quality systems by performing internal audits (quality checks, documentation, run conditions, GMP)
-
Use and calibrate lab equipment to test compliance and quality
-
Run routine quality testing in the lab and perform regular product inspections on the shop floor
-
Coordinate the disposition of nonconforming materials. Use SAP as necessary
-
Perform analysis to meet strategic plans for both current and new product designs
-
Provide support to lines through product evaluation and troubleshooting system issues
-
Improve product quality by completing internal audits and following up with results
-
Help production and maintenance identify their key process control characteristics and develop means for controlling and assessing as it relates to quality
In this important role, you will ensure that we are creating quality products by evaluating every step in our production process and ensuring that we are satisfying business needs while also satisfying our customers!
