POSITION DESCRIPTION
Provide administrative support for the Lumen Field Security department by processing and filing sensitive internal and external documentation, take primary responsibility for maintaining Security department files to include training records and applicable certifications, as well as scheduling trainings and certifications to keep the department up to date as much as possible.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
Work closely with the security department management team on administrative duties, including file organization, officer training, management of meetings, preparation and distribution of documentation

Assist with the creation, implementation and use of digital records and filing systems, as well as the archiving of physical documentation from previous years

Manage inventory of department consumables and uniforms, ordering additional supplies as needed

Update, create and distribute forms to various departments in relation to security operations services such as key and key card requests, credential requests and staffing requests

Assist Security Lead and Security Manager with administrative records, trainings and schedules, which includes contacting employees to fill schedule openings

File and track documentation related to Emergency Operations Plan for all events at the Stadium, Event Center and WaMu Theater

Review and prepare purchase orders and invoices to be submitted for approval by a Security Manager

Schedule 24/7 Security staff

Perform other duties as assigned

Computer skills – data entry and moderate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Teams as well as Zoom

Basic Office Skills – phone/voice, mail, fax machine, copier, etc.

Ability to multitask and manage several projects at the same time

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications Required-
Two years’ experience with administrative duties, preferably in an office or reception environment or combination of office experience and security experience

High school diploma or GED required

Reliable means of transportation during the work week
Preferred Qualifications-
Some college education preferred; preference given to Criminal Justice, Security or related fields of study

Preference given to those with Corporate Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The hourly rate for this non-exempt position is
: $27.50
