Job Purpose:
Serves as the front desk contact for all patients and visitors and answers reception phone
Description:
· Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
· Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
· Delivers mail and signs for all deliveries.
· Answers phone and announces calls for all staff.
· Keeps a safe and clean reception area.
· Learns and maintains knowledge of products we sell and be able to answer customer/patient questions.
· Taking orders over the phone.
· Filing of patient files and pulling files as required.
· Phone sales calls for product promotions. (No cold calling)
· Ability to speak on products we offer with confidence.
· Proficient in all computer programs (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook). We will provide-training for proprietary software and industry specific software.
· Calling/faxing Physician offices for prescriptions.
· Calling patients for payments and advising of forms required for orders.
· Other general office duties as required.
