About Concord:
Concord Technologies specializes in providing cloud-based fax and document automation solutions. The company was founded in 1996 and is based in Seattle, Washington.
At Concord, we understand that healthcare moves at the speed of data exchange. Over the last 20 years, we’ve built a reliable and secure infrastructure that sends and receives millions of documents each day. With this knowledge and expertise, we’ve taken the next step to building applications that change the way care providers interact with healthcare information.
Today, Concord transmits over 2 billion pages of protected health information every year, serving over 2,000 customers and 200,000 users.
Building on this expertise in document exchange, Concord is now developing new artificial intelligence technologies to extract data from documents and help healthcare organization use the data contained of those documents more efficiently and intelligently.
Concord Cloud Fax provides the technology for an organization to securely send and receive fax, regardless of fax volume. No fax machines, fax servers, or long-term commitments — just reliable cloud-based fax. Concord’s Cloud Fax toolkit allows organizations to securely send, receive, organize, annotate, edit, and automatically route faxes. Most importantly, Concord helps its customers comply with HIPAA requirements, is SOC 2 audited, and prides itself on uptime, successful fax delivery and overall reliability.
As an innovator in data extraction from faxed documents, Concord can help reduce the time-consuming burden of searching through pages, locating relevant information, and manually transferring that information into a preferred system. Instead, with Concord’s advanced features, data can be captured and routed to designated destinations, such as folders or a patient chart in an electronic health record system.
