Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations for new homes within a designated region. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the home buying process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Manage and lead a team of sales agents, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure performance goals are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Reward and recognize top performers pushing them excel
- Evaluates each member of the sales team as they comply with company policies and procedures, maintain the sales office/model home, interact with prospective homebuyers, homeowners and Realtors, describe the unique customer value proposition and identify areas for improvement where coaching is appropriate
Skills:
- 3+ years experience in new home sales
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Efficient written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leader who is motivated and capable of taking charge

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
