The Food and Beverage Supervisor directly oversees and manages day-to-day operations of our F&B outlets. This role will start out focusing on our Reynard Social Lounge on the 6th floor and will continue grow to include our other outlets. Scheduling, training, guest interaction, floor coverage and colleague recognition are all key components of this role. Supervisors ensure clear communication to serving staff daily including groups/parties in house, service scores, training topics, updates on specials/promotions, changes in menu items, and other pertinent information. Supervisors greet everyone in a professional and friendly manner. This leader will work directly with culinary team to ensure timeliness of delivery to guests and overall guest satisfaction of the experience in Reynard Social and other outlets.
This position works closely with Sales and Events and Social Media, to grow the business through community outreach and creating connections. This role will embody our leadership expectations: Championing Hyatt’s Purpose & Values, Experiment to Improve, Drive for Impact and Develop Diverse Talent. This leader will also demonstrate our values of empathy, wellbeing, respect, integrity, experimentation and inclusion.
The budgeted salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000.. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
