The warehouse coordinator will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory and operation; and the compliance with all federal, state and local safety standards. The main goal of this position is to enable the growth and continued success of Experience Marketing with robust warehouse policies and procedures that ensure accurate, timely and professional request fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack and ship / coordinate local delivery of orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory of client stock by using provided systems and process to record condition, communicate variances, and document intakes of both consumable and rented assets.
- Conduct spot counts and condition checks for assets.
- Drive company cargo vans and small box truck as necessary for delivery of local orders.
- Record amounts of inventory or items received or distributed.
- Move materials within the warehouse utilizing various forklifts and equipment.
- Inspect, clean, organize, and put away materials that have been returned to stock.
- Field client requests as needed.
- Pack and unpack corporate vehicles/trailers as needed for event activations.
- Keep warehouse and office areas organized, swept, clean and hazard free.
- Assemble and manage kits (such as tool kits, cleaning kits, office kits).
- Following purchasing procedures and ordering supplies as needed.
- Evaluating need for and scheduling various service such as: pest control, housekeeping, lawn car, and general office maintenance; and paying for them as directed.
- Daily tasks such as checking the mail.
- Attend weekly conference calls and one-on-one meetings.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 80lbs.
- Ability to drive company cargo vans and small box truck as necessary.

Work Conditions
- Solo Work Environment: The Warehouse Coordinator will frequently be the sole person working in the warehouse, requiring a high level of independence and self-motivation.
- Standard and Flexible Hours: The position generally follows set hours from Monday to Friday, but may require flexibility for last-minute orders, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends. Overtime, though unlikely, may be required to meet program deadlines.
- Physical Demands: The role involves regular physical activities such as lifting, walking, and handling inventory items.
- Safety Compliance: Adherence to all safety regulations and protocols is essential to ensure a safe working environment.
Education and Qualification
- A warehousing or onsite event or construction background to understand our assets is preferred.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license
- Agree to Driving Record check
- Familiarity with web-based inventory management software is preferred.
- Will be required to complete a forklift certification course.
