Soliant is seekingdedicated and passionate School Psychologists to join our team for the 2024-2025 academic year. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting the academic, emotional, and social development of our students. This is a full-time position.
- Mental Health Services: Provide mental health services to special education students.
- Socioemotional Evaluations: Conduct socioemotional evaluations to support student well-being.
- Crisis Support: Provide immediate support and intervention during crisis situations, offering counseling and assistance to students and staff as needed.
- Assessment and Testing: Administer and interpret psychological evaluations to determine student eligibility for special education services.
- Eligibility Determination: Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to make informed decisions regarding student eligibility for special education services.
- Consultation and Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments and address student needs.
- Student Advocacy: Advocate for the well-being of all students, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support services.
- Caseload Management: Manage a caseload involving multiple age groups, providing tailored support for diverse student needs.
- Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Certification: Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider license with an endorsement in School Psychology.
- Experience: Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
- Skills: Strong assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism and calmness.
