Project Administrator I
This position provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services at a project level. The incumbent completes routine tasks and deals with situations and activities that are straightforward in nature. This position follows established procedures and receives detailed instructions on work activities. The incumbent works under close supervision and completes tasks as prioritized by others such as Project Managers.
Responsibilities / Requirements

Responsibilities for administrative tasks associated with projects. This includes a wide range of tasks including but not limited to collecting information for project billing/invoicing, preparation of meeting/presentation material, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports/meeting minutes.

Primary area of responsibility is to support project delivery team members by maintaining project files and records and assisting with the preparation or completion of project documentation for regulatory filing papers.
Preferred Experience

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

0 to 2 years’ general office/clerical support experience is preferred.

Organizational and communication skills required
