Field Supervisor/Project Manager
· Manager that has a background in Overseeing, drilling, extraction, and production operations.
· Manage and coordinate the activities of field workers, contractors, and service providers.
· Ensure operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
2. Safety and Compliance:
· Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
· Respond to emergencies and conduct incident investigations.
3. Operational Oversight:
· Monitor and evaluate production, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
· Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
· Plan and execute maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
4. Resource Management:
· Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
· Coordinate logistics for the transportation of personnel and materials to and from the site.
· Manage inventory and procurement of necessary supplies.
5. Communication and Reporting:
· Maintain clear communication with senior management, engineers, and other stakeholders.
· Prepare and submit detailed reports on production, operational issues, and safety incidents.
· Conduct briefings and debriefings with field staff.
6. Training and Development:
· Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and new hires.
· Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Required Qualifications:
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in engineering, geology, or a related field is preferred.
· Experience: Several years of experience in oilfield operations, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $69,248.85 - $110,000.00 per year
