Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an administrative assistant to help with daily operations and a variety of office support tasks while working effectively in a high paced environment. General accounting or business processes, accounts receivable experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Pay walk in customers
- Write up orders and communicate them in a timely manner
- Learn two software programs for data entry, billing and recycling
- High knowledge of computers
- Quick learner, easily instructed
- File, sort and distribute orders and invoices
- Qualifications:
- - Proven experience in administrative roles- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Familiarity with data entry processes and procedures- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
