Overview: We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily office functions. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service - Coordinate front desk activities, including patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and phone inquiries - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Assist in training new front desk staff members - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Manage office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping - Oversee billing processes and work closely with the billing department for accurate invoicing Experience: - Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in project coordination and managing multiple assignments simultaneously - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems efficiently - Previous experience in a front desk or customer support role is preferred - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Experience as a medical receptionist would be advantageous Join our team as a Front Desk Manager to contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
