```Duties:```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Support students in their learning and growth by providing individualized attention and guidance
- Assist with behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and implement engaging lesson plans
- Provide assistance with classroom organization and maintenance
- Assist with the supervision and care of children during naptime, meals, and outdoor activities
```Requirements:```
- 18 years or older; early childhood education coursework or degree is a plus.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs, periodically
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in special education or working with children with special needs is a plus
