Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify electrical issues
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure efficient operation of electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes and regulations
- Document all work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of industrial electrician practices and procedures
- Familiarity with field service work in an industrial environment
- Proficiency in using CNC machines and AutoCAD software
- Experience with logic controllers and distributed control systems (DCS)
- Ability to work with high voltage systems safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills to detect and resolve electrical issues
