Work Environment
This job operates in public and non-public areas of the property including guest rooms. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions while performing their duties. The noise level in the work environment and work areas can be loud.

The maintenance technician maintains and repairs the physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties.
Essential Functions

We are handling all in-house repairs regarding removing and replacing bathroom tile, painting, repairing wallboard, wall vinyl, carpentry, etc.
Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
Contact and schedule vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and emergencies outside the scope of routine maintenance.
Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when the next service is due.
Works in a safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations. Take appropriate action to ensure the safety of themselves and others in the building.
