Overview:
Charleston Tru Homebuyers is looking for a self driven, customer service-oriented person to work to alongside us in our growing Real Estate business. The position is flex with some hours in office and some hours working from home. Must have the ability to work some nights and weekends!
$3,000/ month base + commissions + bonuses
Experience (preferred or required):
- Self-motivation and drive required
- Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to connect with people is required
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the owner of the company to manage leads and generate new leads, build rapport and relationships with clients, and close deals.
- Make 100+ outbound calls a day
- Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
- Follow-up & respond to all sales leads generated in our system to increase sales
- Act as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Willing to learn and keep up with the industry knowledge and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
- Use the CRM daily to manage & update the pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner
- Built rapport by going to in-person appointments to meet with clients, as needed

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess problem-solving skills
- Dependable with excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
- Ability to work some nights and weekends

Mon 10-11 Meeting (in office)
2-8 pm (flex home)
Tue - 9 am- 5 pm (in office)
Wed - 9-1 (in office)
3-8 (Flex Home)
Thu - 9-1 (Flex from home)
3-8 (in office)
Fri - 9-5 pm (in office)
1st and 3rd Saturday - 9 am - 1 pm (Flex from home)
Salary: $3,000 base salary + commission on every closed deal. Salary increase after 6 months of proven performance.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
