We are looking for motivated, passionate and capable individuals to join the team-oriented technician group at our Eagan, Minnesota office.
ABOUT THE JOB:
The IT Helpdesk Technician is responsible for providing prompt and friendly customer service and support to our clientele. Techs will diagnose and fix issues on a wide variety of products, including PCs, servers, printers, firewalls, DCs and WLCs. Additionally, they will troubleshoot application software, specifically dental office software, while often partnering with 3rd party support vendors. Technicians will perform scheduled maintenance on servers, workstations and network equipment. The IT Helpdesk Technician will also be accountable for logging all calls, labor and parts into the CRM software, performing data migrations from existing environments to new environments and all other duties as assigned by management.
This is an in-office position.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSES:
- Two-Year degree in a relative field and/or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of Windows desktop operating systems
- Exposure to Windows Server operating systems
- Knowledge of PC hardware components
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and administration
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Solid critical thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting skillset
- Capacity to maintain a positive, professional and friendly attitude
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to work independently or with little supervision
- Strong time management skills

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
